Introducing Working Equitation
with Ease of Handling Phase (Obstacles)
A Weekend of Learning and Have A Go .
Hosted by our group T.B.W.E.
Venue........Stonehurst Farm
Date..........Sat 18th and Sun 19th November.
SATURDAY ...will be set up of course @ 9am.
10:30 ......12noon a group lesson (with Liz) available for those Members who help put out obstacles.......$30 each, includes all facilities.
How to do E.O.H. lessons available with Liz Brown.
12:30.......2pm Group of 4
2pm........3:30 Group of 4
$50 each, includes all facilities.
SUNDAY ......... Have A Go at
Ease of Handling Course.
Two rounds of course in each class will be judged by Betty Whyte from Picton.
A course walk will be held before the classes start .......all participants must attend. A time will be advertised but probably around 9am or 9:30 .
Classes are:
Inhand .......walking only. Between Obstacles
Introductory......walk or trot. ^ ^
Preparatory........trot only ^ ^
Preliminary.........Canter ^ ^
Transitions can be progressive.
$35 Financial members of T.B.W.E. (for each rider / horse combinstion) Includes All facilities at Stonehurst. $45 For non members.
Even though the classes are judged , this is a fun event in a supportive environment with friendly, helpful people.
There might even be ribbons to 4th place !
