8 WEEK CHALLENGE!
I’m super excited to kick off the first 8 week challenge for 2023 starting the week February 6.
The main focus is you and your health and fitness goals!
We all live different lives and have different needs, so if you need early starts, late starts, mid day sessions, individual sessions, group sessions, want to start with a friend or want to jump in one of our current groups, or you need short, sharp sessions, we can make it work for you.
Let’s talk about what timings work for you, what setting works for you, and let’s make it happen!
If you’re wanting a training program to follow, or personal training sessions, we can set a plan around your lifestyle, your routine, and your needs.
The gym is private, accessible to only a handful of people, meaning personal training sessions are you and your trainer alone, in a private gym.
I’m also introducing Mobile Personal Training sessions meaning I can come to you! This is for those that simply can’t get into the gym, Mum life, super busy work life, or those that don’t feel ready for a gym setting. I can bring the program and gym to you, where you need and when you need.
If you want home sessions, park sessions, work sessions, sessions in your happy place, I can be there with all the gear we need, ready to go.
