This image perfectly captures how I'm feeling today 😂

Just a quick bummer of a post to let you know there will be no Zumba tonight and no Zumba Gold on Wednesday 😭

I have a head cold and I don't want to spread it - I also would like to make a full recovery 🫡 i'm usually not very good at listening to my body but I know that if I push myself too much I'm going to get worse and then won't be able to teach for longer! We don't want that!

💕 CLASSES BACK TO NORMAL NEXT WEEK! 💕

Please use your usual time that you use for ZUMBA for some self-care 💕

Unwavering support and encouragement is something Tracey has given our little community of Zumba ladies from the day she stepped foot in her first class. From dancing in the 3rd row to smiling her way through her favourite songs on stage every class - we appreciate every moment of joy you share with us 💕

Some amazing residents from Orion Point - Metlifecare in Hobsonville have put together a calendar to raise funds for Breast Cancer Foundation NZ! (Including some of our very own Zumba Gold ladies!

I will have some calendars with me to purchase at Zumba on Tuesday and at Unruly Company on Wednesday! 👏👏👏
