CALLING ALL FOOTBALL FANS!

Thanks to a very generous offer from one of our players in this Friday's Daffodil Day Tournament, we have ended up with a 2026 All Whites FIFA World Cup jersey, signed by the team, to auction off on Friday afternoon.

This is a monster item for our Daffodil Day auction, and whether you are playing or not, we'd love to see you there throwing your hat in the ring! This will be one of the last items up for auction in the hope that we can really bump up the funds raised on the day.

Remember, every cent we raise on Friday all goes to the Northland Cancer Society to help those in our community whose lives are impacted by Cancer. Please spread the word about this awesome auction item. See you on Friday!

The Club is planning on having a Working bee!!
8th August!!
The main focus is to get the Club house presentable for the up coming Daffodil Day this means a big Rubbish clean up after our latest projects and the big job of paining the club house, paint will all be there just bring a paint brush and a tray with many hands I’m sure we can get it done!

Thank you, community!

We greatly appreciate the response to our recent call-out for help after we were robbed last week. From offers to fix the fence to information and words of support. You guys are legends!

Onto something more positive and another way you could help out your local little club. We are doing another call-out for entries for our annual Daffodil Day tourney at the end of August. We donate 100% of funds raised on the day. We have raised over $330k over the past 20 years. 2026 is our 21st year; we'd love to make it a big one.

DO YOU RECOGNISE THIS UTE?

Our little volunteer, not-for-profit club was unfortunately hit by a very disheartening theft this week. It's not just the items stolen, but also the damage to our perimeter fence caused by getting in.

We've filed a police report and provided them with all of our camera footage (this is a small portion of what we have). We likely have information on hand to progress; however, any further information from our community where applicable will also be gratefully accepted.

Here we go again! We are the thick of planning the 2026 version of our annual fundraising tournament for the Northland Branch of the Cancer Society. The biggest tournament in our calendar, running for over 20 years, we would love to see you there!
