🚐🏁 2026 BMXNZ North Island Titles – Freedom Camping Registration NOW OPEN! 🏁🚐

Hāwera BMX Club is excited to offer Vehicle Freedom Camping for families attending the 2026 BMXNZ North Island Titles.

📍 Location: Clapham Common (Corner of High Street & Gladstone Street, Hāwera)
🚶‍♀️ Only a 2-minute walk to the Hāwera BMX Track

Spaces WILL BE limited, so we encourage families to register early

🗓️ Camping Dates:
➡️ Arrival: Wednesday 21 October 2026 (after 12.00pm ONLY – no early arrivals)
⬅️ Departure: Monday 26 October 2026 (by 9.00am)

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

✅ All vehicles MUST be self-contained (NO exceptions)
✅ All vehicles MUST display their Vehicle Pass at all times
✅ All vehicles MUST display a current valid GREEN NZMCA sticker

This is a fantastic opportunity to stay close to all the action and be part of the BMX community throughout Labour Weekend.

What a weekend of racing at Mountain Raiders BMX Club!

Hundreds of riders, families, and thousands of supporters packed Lloyd Elsmore Park for a huge celebration of BMX racing at its best.

In the Mighty 11s Trans-Tasman Test, the New Zealand Boys took the win after a tight contest, while the Australian Girls came out on top by just a few points in an incredible battle that went down to the wire.

A huge thank-you to every rider, volunteer, official, supporter — and especially our Australian visitors — for helping make this year’s event one to remember.
