MamaFit STRENGTH // Ongoing Strength Classes for you and your Mini ๐
This is the progression class to the MamaFit Foundations Course, so a general prerequisite is that you either have some experience with strength training OR you understand how to manage pressure in your core system, which is what I teach during the foundations course.
Youโll have hands-on coaching to help you:
- Rebuild postural strength
- Increase bone density
- Core & pelvic floor endurance
- Manage pressure on the core and pelvic floor
- Improve movement quality
