King Charles has graciously granted:
🏋️ BODYPUMP at 8:30am with Kendal
🚴 RPM at 8:30am with Nat

The royal decree also states that all out-of-hours members may continue their reign between 5am–10pm as usual.

No corgis required. No curtsies expected. Just show up and get your workout done. 💪
