Looking for a way to keep the kids active, entertained and enjoying football these upcoming school holidays?

Our Landmark Homes Holiday Programme is the perfect way to fill those holiday days! 🙌

From games and challenges to skill development and plenty of time on the ball, there’s something for everyone — whether they’re a budding football star or simply love having a kick around with their mates.

We’re excited to be part of the new NZ Football Fantails programme and to help more girls discover the joy of football! 🌟

Fantails is designed for girls aged 5–8 who are new to the game or looking to build their confidence both on and off the football field.

Our weekly sessions are all about:
⚽️ Learning and developing football skills
🤝 Making new friends
😊 Building confidence
🏃‍♀️ Being active
💙 Having fun!

📅 Wednesdays | 21 October – 9 December
⏰ 3:30–4:15pm
📍 Guthrie Park
💰 $40 for 8 weeks

The junior season may be finished, but that doesn’t mean the football has to stop!

Our Term 4 Wanderers Programmes are designed to give players the opportunity to keep playing, keep learning and keep developing through the off-season. ⚽️🌱

👶 TINY WANDERERS
2–4 year olds
📅 5 weeks — Sundays
🗓️ 8 November – 6 December

A fun introduction to football, helping our youngest players build confidence, coordination and a love for the game!

Emerging Wanderers provides additional opportunities to work on technical ability, decision-making, game understanding and confidence on the ball — helping players build the foundations they need to take their football to the next level. 💪⚽️

Whether your player is looking to sharpen their skills, challenge themselves or simply get more football into their week, Emerging Wanderers is a great way to keep progressing through Term 4.

Get your mates together, put a team in and get ready for another summer of football at Havelock North Wanderers! ⚽️🔥

📅 Thursday nights
15 October – 10 December

⚽️ 7-a-side
💰 $250 per team
⏱️ 2 x 20-minute halves + 5-minute break

SOCIAL:
🕕 6:15pm–7:00pm
👩 Minimum 2 females on the field at all times

Whether you're new to futsal or already love the fast-paced format, we'd love to have you involved.

🟡🔴FROM HAVELOCK TO CATALONIA! 🟡🔴

Havelock North Wanderers are incredibly proud to announce that Ben Hunt will be taking the next step in his football journey, transferring to UE Vilassar de Mar in Spain. 🇪🇸⚽️

Ben has been a standout player throughout his time with Havelock, consistently demonstrating the talent, character, work ethic and ambition required to take his game to the next level.

Now, he’ll continue his football and education journey in Catalonia, attending Vilarosa Academy while representing UE Vilassar de Mar. 🌍

For our club, moments like this are what it’s all about.

Our mission is to develop, challenge and provide pathways for young footballers to reach their potential — and Ben is yet another wonderful example of the young talent being produced right here at Havelock North Wanderers.
