Over the last 7 weeks I’ve had the absolute honour of hosting two community classes on Wednesday evenings at the Pavilion in ⁣

It’s a vibe!!!⁣
⁣
We’ve created two quite different classes with a beautifully focused Mat Pilates session at 6pm. ⁣
⁣
This group is smashing it! We’re making massive progress with loads of positive feedback about bodies feeling awesome, good nights sleep and small changes to daily movement choices that are making a difference. . . (that’s the why!!!) ⁣

Our Barre class, 7pm . . . Oooh we all know it’s my fav to teach. Dope tunes, sweet moves and great company 😉😇💪🔥😘⁣

This Tuesday August 2nd .pilates has been open for a year . . . that went f #*king quick right?!, learnt a few things!! ⁣
