🎉 MEMBER OF THE MONTH - goes to Tracey 🎉
When Tracey started here at Flex, she had zero gym experience and couldn’t squat. Walking through the door was a huge step for her and it actually took a few visits before she took the leap and signed up.
Now, 18kg down and still not finished, Tracey has shown what consistency can achieve. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but she’s continued to show up despite the challenges that have come her way. Her goal was simple - get healthier and build some muscle.
It’s been awesome to watch the physical changes, but what we love most is seeing the confidence she’s gained throughout her fitness journey. Tracey now feels comfortable stepping into the free weights area and has recently started working with PT Chelsea, learning the foundations of compound lifting with squats, bench press and deadlifts.
