We’re Hiring!

Fairways Café|Bar at Hastings Golf Club is looking for a Café All-rounder to join our team.

We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly person with preferably at least one year of industry experience. On-the-job training will also be provided where needed.

The role includes a mix of front and back of house café duties, so we’re looking for someone who has:

Experience in general café operations
Good barista coffee-making skills
POS experience
A positive, friendly attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Flexibility and motivation to work as part of a team

This is a minimum 23 hours per week role on a 7-day roster, mainly across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the opportunity for extra hours during functions, tournaments, and to cover leave or illness.

How often do you drive it over the Terrace? 💪

Aptly named ‘Terrace’, the name reflects a steep slope 230 metres off the tee. Only the strongest tee shot will provide the opportunity to get on this green in two. An accurate approach whether going for the green in 2 or laying up is required. Take time to read your putts on this green, as may subtle breaks await.
