This week I did my last KangaTrial for a while. Iโ€™m taking a break from kangatraining while Iโ€™m returning to full time work ๐Ÿ’— Iโ€™m hoping to be back in the Summertime. Will miss all the friendly faces and babies.

KangaTrail is back on for Tuesday. We will meet at 11.30am at the main carpark and walk on the temporary walking track up to Peak House and then back down. Please wear suitable shoes because thereโ€™re some muddy patches and bring some money for a drink/coffee at the top. We are not going to be doing any muscle endurance tracks and ease our way back into it again. This week is $5 per class. PM me if you are keen to join ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’— letโ€™s do this!

Hi ladies, hopefully you are all okay and are keeping safe. Just letting you know class tomorrow is also cancelled. I donโ€™t know how Te Mata Peak looking or if the public are allowed up there. Hopefully by next week Iโ€™ll know if it is safe to continue KangaTrail. Iโ€™m really missing it.

Term 1 KangaTrail is starting in Hawkes Bay.
Dates: February 7th - April 4th (9 week block)
Classes run: Tuesday 11.30-12.30pm
Venue: Te Mata Peak, meet at the carpark.
Cost: $10 per class.
Carrier hire, if you dont have a carrier or yours is not suitable for Kanga the fee is $10 per term

P.S in order to join you have to be 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks post caesarean.
