Some of our women’s team (and Brent!) had a fantastic weekend at the King’s Birthday Tournament in Auckland. 🥳👑

While we didn’t have enough numbers to field a Hastings team, our players were lucky enough to join Taranaki, Motueka, and Whanganui clubs, pulling on new colours and enjoying some quality hockey.

A huge thank you to these clubs for welcoming us as temporary members, and to Papatoetoe for hosting such a memorable tournament. 🙌😊

It’s been a long time since we haven’t had an HRH team in the mix at a tournament 🥺 …. but we do have some players joining Taranaki and Whanganui in the Women’s and Div 2 divisions. Happy skating to Amy, Jess, Keely, Seersha and Brent! ☺️

Reminder that there is no training this weekend due to the Papatoetoe Tournament. Enjoy the Kings Birthday 🎉👑 break and we’ll see you all back at the rink 7 June.

We are also taking a winter break from indoor training and that will resume 3 August.
