Monday - Adults 6:30-8:00pm

Tuesday - Kids 4:30-5:15pm and Adults 6:30-8:00pm

Wednesday - Adults 6:45-8:00pm

Thursday - Kids 4:30-5:15pm and Adults 6:30-8:00pm

Friday - Adults 5:30-7:00pm

Hey team, here’s the updated adults class schedule starting next week.

Monday - 6:30-8:00pm (Partner Drills)
Tuesday - 6:30-8:00pm (Pad Work)
Wednesday - 6:45-8:00pm (Sparring)
Thursday - 6:30-8:00pm (Pad Work)
Friday - 5:30-7:00pm (Freestyle)

Mondays and Fridays classes are now open to all members regardless of whether you’re in the fight team or not. Any questions, please let me know.
