MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS- APPRECIATION POST💖
Something I have learnt this year is to be adaptable.
How many sudden lockdowns have we had, and how many more will come?
This time last week, it was Sunday morning. I woke up early to get ready to hit The Base for errands.
It felt so good once I had ticked them off- these little jobs seem to accumulate alot easier when a baby comes along😅❗
Anyway....
The choices were there to do this.
I was looking forward to another great week with cleints training. The morning crowd reep the morning sun, and bring their cute wee babies along, and the night crowd heading straight from work, with NO excuses, enjoying the evening sun setting in thr background.
But,
An hour after we got home, the government announced we are back to level 3 OVERNIGHT.
I cannot stress enough: JUST KEEP GOING with an exercise routine.
I switched out all in person sessions to online and I AM SO PROUD of all my cleints for sticking to their routine and doing their workout with me behind a screen.
We CANNOT just put things on hold, just because our level alerts have changed.
Our health and fitness HAS A HUGE IMPACT on our mental health.
Being stuck at home will already negativity impact our mental health, let alone not doing exercise either.
I really appreciate all my cleints for sticking to their routine.
Honestly,
It means the WORLD TO ME to see you staying active.
I will see you all tomorrow ONLINE and then I AM POSITIVELY THINKING we will be back to level 2.
