As humans, we are deeply intuitive.
Your people can feel in the smallest of moments if they matter.
Be aware of how present you are when talking to your team. In a world where we are trying to do too much, it can feel for both parties that we are “caring at pace”, which can lead to more transactional conversations in the moments that matter. Do what the All Blacks suggest and “be where your feet are”.
People won’t remember what you said, or what you did, but they will remember how you made them feel.
