Hey Whanau!!

Some good and bad news to share. Bad news first, we can't log into our IG page right now, so we're not able to repost anything you tag us in. We've submitted a ticket and hope to hear back soon!

GOOD NEWS: EVOLT IS NOW FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS. Your first gift from the new owners. We've moved the scale down into the coach office, but we hope you all download the evolt app and start to use the evolt instead. It's such a great tool to insure that you're not sacrificing muscle, you're staying properly hydrated, and see how your metabolism is working (just to name a few reasons)

Where do we even start… 🤍

Paige has been so much more than a manager. She has been a leader, a friend, a mentor, a shoulder to cry on for everyone that she meets. For so many members she’s someone who instantly made them feel at home.

Over the last 5 years, Paige has poured her heart into Avalon and the people who walked through its doors. She helped turn a gym into something so much bigger then anyone could imagine. She built a family, created a community aswell as a place where people could come exactly as they were, feel supported, and know they belonged.

If you asked people to describe Paige, you’d hear words like inspirational, genuine, carefree, compassionate, courageous, loving and probably a few that we can’t put on Instagram 😂

But above everything, Paige will always find a way of making people believe in themselves and who they are.

She’s made people smile on their hardest days, celebrated their biggest wins, helped people find themselves again, and reminded so many of us what strength, courage and a whole lot of heart can do.

Avalon has been a huge part of Paige’s journey for the last 5 years, and you can see her mark everywhere.

Paige, thank you for giving so much of yourself to Avalon and to all of us. Thank you for believing in people, backing people and loving this place and its people the way you have.

You’re leaving behind a legacy. 🤍

Avalon simply wouldn’t be Avalon without you.

Meet Shayle! 💜

Shayle has been an absolute legend in our club, showing up consistently since the day she started and always putting in the mahi! 💪🏼
She’s proof that when you set your mind to something, stay consistent and put in the work, you can achieve anything!

We absolutely love having your bubbly personality and beautiful smile around the club, Shayle! You’re so deserving of Member of the Month👏🏼

“My journey at the gym started with a simple goal: to become healthier, stronger, and more confident. At first, going to the gym was difficult. I felt tired after every workout, and I sometimes wondered if I was making any progress.

Over time, I learned that progress takes patience and consistency. I started enjoying my workouts and challenging myself to lift heavier weights, improving my fitness. Every small improvement gave me more motivation to keep going.

Coming to gym has taught me more than just how to exercise. It has taught me discipline, determination, and the importance of never giving up. Some days are difficult, but I remind myself that every workout brings me one step closer to my goals.

My gym journey is still continuing. I am proud of how far I have come, and I look forward to becoming stronger and better every day.”

JULY TOP TEN REGULARS 🏆🔥

July was a busy month in club and our members been smashing their scan ins… and once again, the leaderboard has delivered. 👀🔥

Maka takes the #1 spot this month, powering her way to the top and claiming the crown after a huge month of consistency. 👑

Chanel stays firmly in the mix, backing up last month’s #1 spot with another massive effort. ✨

Jayden climbs into the Top 3, continuing to put in the mahi and making his presence known. 🚀

Kerry Wilson refuses to slow down, securing another strong month and keeping himself right among the regulars. 🏅

Shayne locks in the Top 5, while Cameron makes his mark at #6.🔥

Shontelle joins the Top 10, alongside Lepa Palu, who continues to prove that consistency speaks for itself.👏
