Welcome to GAMA Fitness Waikato NZ, we started in our gym which was based in Huntly NZ Our mentor, father, grandfather became seriously ill with the big C and we closed the gym to care for him. We continued to run our community based fitness programmes, which have now changed or been revamped to include some of our older programmes and some new programmes. Our aim is to encourage you through a v

ariety of programmes and levels as well as eating tips, healthy lifestyle tips and balance in your life.
