Interested in self-defense? We teach how to use Jujitsu, Judo and other martial arts to defend yourself in any situation. This includes standing up or going to the ground. We have a fully matted hall, so you will have no worries about being hurt and you can give it your all. We are a mixed class, so we have kids age 10 and above to adults, all welcome to come give it a go, the first 2 classes are free, so if you find its not for you, you lose nothing from trying.

Tomorrow is our beginners class, so we are welcoming all beginners to come and try, we have some new people already so you will have others to train with already, and you can also see what the higher belts are doing and where you will end up in the future. We have training Mondays at 6.30pm - til 8pm. With time before and after class if you choose. PM me if you would like to know more or try it out.
