Massive congratulations to all of our fighters who stepped up and competed on the 11th at the Eagle DS tournaments, It takes courage to get in there, and every one of you represented with heart.

A special acknowledgement to our two San Bu Kai athletes who also train in our Strength & Conditioning and Power classes your determination and hard work showed on the day, and it didn’t go unnoticed. This is what consistency looks like.

My mission is to empower people to build not just a strong body but also a resilient and healthy mind, I'm all about helping people support their long-term well-being goals.
My driving purpose (tōku aronga) is to see people thrive to help you achieve your goals, live the life you desire, and cultivate a mindset of strength, balance, and confidence.
What sets me apart (tōku rerekētanga) is that I care about what happens outside the gym as much as inside it. I take the time to understand your daily routines, habits, and lifestyle so we can work together to create meaningful, sustainable change chur.

We Started as a PT in a public gym with nothing but a dream and a grind. Now we co-own our own gym Beast Style Fitness with Harmony Jade.

We built this place from the ground up. No handouts in terms of knowledge on how to run a commercial business. Just hustle, heart, and a vision to create something real for our people.

This ain’t just a gym it’s a second home for fighters, lifters, and anyone ready to put in the work.
