I'm so excited to be taking on one-on-one SAS and personal training clients here in LA!
But prior to working with a client I usually have to answer the same question a multitude of times...
'it's just stretching, right?'
I always get the question! Coupled with a lot of confusion - I mean, why do you need a personal trainer for stretching?
Simple.
It's not just stretching!
