IKMF Krav Maga & Fitness （Hamilton）

Hi team,

I informed the attending students last Friday that unfortunately, I can no longer continue to substitute teach Krav Maga every Friday due to my work schedule.
I know this is very frustrating for those students who are passionate about training their self-defence skills.

Most of the time, I have to sacrifice about three extra hours to stay in Hamilton after a full day's work for substitute teaching. That would be a super long day for me.

So, instead of running the regular classes, I only accept small group or one-on-one training now, and the training venue will be at my residence.
