The Ookami Karatedo Club is a dynamic group of students and instructors. Sensei Jeff Kilbourn (4th Dan), Founder & Chief Instructor of Ookami Karatedo Club, is based in London, Ontario, Canada. Sensei Kilbourn is a very strong supporter of youth sports and having excelled in competitive Karatedo, he brings an enthusiastic and innovative approach to teaching our traditional style of Karatedo. While

in Canada, he trained under Sensei Kilbourn and Ookami's team of instructors. Under the guidance of Sensei Kilbourn, Sensei Shiva is pleased to bring the mix of traditional karatedo with the same innovative approach to youth and adults here in Hamilton, NZ. The Ookami Karatedo Club dojos are proud members of the Shorinjiryu Kudaka Karatedo Federation, lead by Hanshi Doug Roberts. Our Kudaka family includes other clubs spread through Ontario, Canada, and the Shorinjiryu organization encompasses hundreds of organizations worldwide.

At the premier showing last night in London, the students enjoyed being the first ones to watch it and eat popcorn!

What an incredible honour to have been chosen by the Film students of Fanshawe College to be the subject for their assignment.
They did an incredible job and received a great mark from their professor!

On Friday, Oct 3 Hanshi Masamitsu Kudaka 8th Dan and the President of the World Koshiki - Contact Karate Federation will be conducting WKKF seminars and workshops before the World Koshiki Karatedo Federation World Championships (Oct 3-5, 2025).

Hanshi Masamitsu will also have his team from Japan and Okinawa at these championships.

These events will be a great opportunity for all WKKF members to come and train with Hanshi Masamitsu.
