Halfway through 75Hard and I am feeling great! Most things have become habit now and are a lot easier to get through!
The scales are down over 1kg, I didn't do any other measurements but I am feeling leaner and I feel like there is a good difference in the photos.
This weekend is gonna be the biggest test so far as it is a long weekend and we are going to the beach to celebrate the sister in law 30th birthday! Food is gonna be the hardest thing for me here as I tend to eat not the greatest when we are away and there will obviously be lots of yummy food to celebrate! I have got some alcohol free drinks to take so I won't feel too left out on that aspect 😅
Have made a deal with to get a walk or run in every day so that'll be the workouts covered.
I'm kinda looking forward to the challenge of it though and I didn't come this far to throw it away on one weekend!
For anyone unsure of what 75hard is (thought I had a post on it, but I don't 😅) here is what I have been/am doing for 75 days 👇
💧3L of water every day
🥑 Follow a diet - I have calorie and protein goals
📚 Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book every day
🏋️♀️ 45min workout every day
🍸 No alcohol
📷 Take a progress pic every day
These are not the exact official 75 hard rules but it is what I have been following as I wanted it to be attainable and not set myself up for failure from the beginning. Hopefully one day I will do the official rules (which is 2x workouts per day, one outside).
