It's been around 12 months since my original set of hitting plyos were left with the plyo goblins and disappeared forever to their lair. So super happy to have doubled up and have 2 full sets to play with for this coming season! ⚾♥️🔥

Sprinting is an easy to incorporate, classic low hanging fruit to improve the performance of your players.

I'm running a session for any coach (or player!) that wants to improve their players':

- strength,
- coordination,
- force production,
- movement quality,
- speed and acceleration (duh)

Valuable for pitchers and position players alike. The concepts we will go through are best suited to players from 12U to Prems, but there is value for players of any age to move faster.

DM if your coming along. If postponement due to weather is necessary, it will be announced in this post.

The next player taking his Workshop experience (and his support team!) to the world is away to the wet sunshine of Queensland.

TK is jetting off to the Down Under Winter Classic on the Gold Coast as part of the Tuatara Pathways programme. He's worked extremely hard over the last few months to get ready, and we wish him all the best in Oz. 💪

I was lucky enough to contribute as well, giving the Auckland based players some structure and guidance. So along with TK, here's giving our best to the whole 13U Tuatara Pathways team. Go smash 'em fellas!!! 💪🚀💣🔥⚾️

Landmark day today. While we've had players named in NZ squads before (thanks again Covid!), today marks the first day one of our Academy champions gets to throw gas and hit nukes in anger with a rep jersey strapped to his back.
