Huge thanks to Aidan Forbes for organising the tournament this week. We really appreciated the opportunity to come together as a team this week and enjoyed some great games. Thanks to Maruawai, Menzies, Aurora/Verdon and CSC for supporting the tournament in Gore. It was a great week of hockey (despite the apalling weather earlier this week).
Huge thanks to Martin Mackereth and Wendy Shanks for all their organising this year, and to all the players who have been a part of our squad this year, especially the seniors who have been such encouraging and supportive leaders to help grow the sport. It is great to see so many keen players, and exciting combos coming together. Good luck to those who still have rep tournaments coming up these holidays. Everyone else - enjoy the off season, and see you next year !
