What a great day at Hororata Golf Club with the first She Loves Golf - Canterbury winter Meet Up💗 There were 40 ladies playing Ambrose on the purple tees (shortened course) all having a good time. Some of the field have never played a tournament being semi-new to golf, so this was a wonderful opportunity to have a go.
The laughter was ringing out and the competition was based on having fun. The post-round chipping comp and longest marshmallow tee drive off the clubhouse lawn was very entertaining.
Thanks to our volunteers including Danielle Price (HGC’s soon to be coach) and to the Hororata Golf Club for hosting this great event 💗⛳️
