The boys had another great day with some very tough conditions. Once again rain playing a big factor into how the race panned out. Hayden, Benji, Sam and Ollie were in a breakaway that started about 10km into the race. While Thomas kept the bunch under control. The boys managed to stay away until the finish apart from Ollie who dropped off not far before the finish. Sam 1st, Hayden 2nd, Benji 4th, Ollie 10th and Thomas 25th

Today was once again another good day on the bike for the boys. The boys had to race in some tough conditions. Rain made the roads very slippery which put the boys on edge. There was a break away at the half way point which all the boys were a part of. There was a technical and slippery descent which caused Thomas to go back to the main peloton and Ollie to get a puncture at the bottom of the descent and unfortunately was unable to finish the race. Meanwhile Sam, Benji and Hayden stayed in the break until the end. Sam 4th, Hayden 6th, Benji 7th and Thomas coming in close behind.

Boys had another good day yesterday with Sam getting in an early breakaway. Sam then took the win in a sprint finish. Meanwhile Hayden, Benji, Thomas and Ollie kept the bunch under control while Sam worked his magic. Boys are now enjoying a well earned rest day in Rotorua.

Stage 3 was a brutal but excellent day for the boys. Hayden and Sam once again both in an early breakaway which managed to stay away. Benji put in a mammoth effort going solo for 60km trying his best to bridge across to Hayden and Sam. Unfortunately didn’t make it all the way across still coming in with a great time. Thomas and Ollie were left in the main peloton. Unfortunately Thomas had a crash today but he is fine and will be lining up to race tomorrow.

As we all expected Hayden really leaving his mark on the Tour so far.Awesome ride
