Annihilation 2025 in a Primal Fitness/EIT collab.

She was an epic day with even better people 🤙

Firstly, I would like to thank Kris and the EIT tauira for trusting Primal with this most humble assignment 😂
I hope you all pass your event planning assessment with the vibes you were throwing out today...

And then these epic legends in no particular order:

- Lytton High School and Jason Devery for the space and the whakatau 🙏

- Crossfit 4010 for their support in bodies, equipment, vibes and motivation to dive in 🔥

- Rest Float Spa for the best post-workout recovery experience we could have at an event 🙌

- Siteworx Civil for your time, growth and energy over the last 6weeks 🫶

- Brooke Henare at EIT for the photography that youll send me aye?! 👀

- Pomana Contracting for all the heavy lifting, vehicle services, judging and time given 💖

- The participants for jumping in with one eye open and absolutely BEASTING the workout 😎

And lastly, the biggest grattitude to my most trusted Primal whanaunga for jumping in head first when the karanga was made.

Events really dont run without communities within the community, and we appreciate ours with our hand over our hearts. CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE, WE DID IT! 🤣

We’re opening our doors to the wider community with a new line-up of movement classes for every body! 🧡

💪 Mana Moves — Mondays 10:30am ($5)
A gentle strength & balance circuit to help you move with confidence, energy, and connection. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to move well.

🧍‍♂️ Tāne Toa — Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:15am ($5)
A supportive space for men rebuilding strength and balance after cancer. Move, connect and grow stronger together.

🚶‍♀️ Walking Group — Wednesdays 10:30am
Join us for a midweek stroll, good kōrero, and some fresh air. Open to everyone.

🌺 Mou'oi Lelei Hula Class — Fridays 5:30pm ($5)
Ladies night to unwind after the week — shake off the stress and move with joy! (every Friday except the last Friday of the month)

Come as you are — no experience needed, just a willingness to move and connect.
