Tena ra koutou katoa.. Happy New Year Whanau Hapu and Iwi... Hope u all have had a good break and are all refreshed for a great year.. All the kaiako old and older... practice to be ready and sharp for our students... All our Students older and olderest (lol)... practice and push yourself to be better than u were last year... "When the going gets tough... the tough gets going" Never give up... Someone else is going through worst... plus us kaiako know u can get thru anything... another thing challenge yourself.. set a goal... and follow thru... but most of all be HAPPY.... be BLESSED.. Excellent training tonite guyz, good advanced training and good to bring some old school waewae love to hate drills back in.. You guys handled it well.. A mihi to those who didnt come in the last couple of weeks.. Keep up the elite standards of training and respect for the taonga o Mau Rakau.. Big Mihi to our whanau, hapu and Iwi ki Aotearoa but also a huge mihi to the whanau at Standing Rock, Kia Kaha whanau....
