These changes will take effect from 1 July 2026 and are designed to make it even easier for you to train when and how you want.

All you need to do is show up with your key fob and give your name to sign in at the front desk. The lovely ladies up front will also sort you out with boxing gloves if you need them 👌

Heads up team! 👋

We'll be closing the gym tomorrow from 12:30pm–5:30pm while we move mats across to our new facility. It's another exciting step towards our new home, and we're getting closer every day!

If you're wanting to train, make sure you pop in before 12:30pm or after 5:30pm. Unless you want to come down and lend a hand.

Thanks for rolling with us during this transition. The hard work will be worth it, and we can't wait to show you what's coming next! 💪🔥🩵

The 2026 Well Wāhine Week Calendar is Here!

We’re excited to share this year’s Well Wāhine Week lineup. A full week of opportunities for women, girls and gender diverse people to connect, move and be active in a safe, inclusive and fun environment.

All sessions are completely FREE.

We’ll be kicking things off by celebrating International Women’s Day and the first day of Well Wāhine Week with a special sunrise hikoi up Titirangi maunga, followed by karakia and Pilates with Tilly. Velvet Roast Coffee will be there too, with coffee available to purchase.
