It's awesome seeing everyone's hard work paying off, with skills improving every week.

Don't forget Fight For Liferegistrations are now open! 👊🏽 We can already see plenty of potential in our BoxFit classes, so if you've been thinking about stepping into the ring and challenging yourself, now's the time!

Friday's class was a little smaller tonight, but we still showed up, put in the mahi, and got the job done! 💪🥊

Coach Nat had us working hard as always, and everyone left feeling accomplished.

Here's to the weekend, whānau! 🙌

Don't forget, if you have a Premium Membership, the gym is open from 5:00am–3:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday, so make the most of it and keep those fitness goals on track.

Otherwise, we'll see you back for Boxfit on Monday at 5:30pm!

If anyone has misplaced their AirPods, we have found a pair at the front desk.

If you think they're yours, please come and see us. You'll need to be able to prove they're yours by connecting them to your phone before we can return them.

They've been beeping, so we know someone is probably looking for them! 😊

Please pop in and collect them if they're yours.

Coach Rose had the BoxFit crew working hard this morning! 🔥🥊 Even she worked up a bit of a sweat keeping everyone on their toes. 😅

Same solid crew showing up and putting in the work for themselves. That's what it's all about consistency, commitment, and getting a little bit better every session. We love seeing the same dedicated faces turning up, backing themselves, and creating an awesome atmosphere.

It was awesome to see a few of our whānau bringing their young ones along for some training during the school holidays. Nothing better than seeing the next generation getting involved and staying active! 💪🏽

Hopefully we'll see some of those faces register for our annual Fight For Life this year! It's an incredible journey, a chance to challenge yourself, build confidence, and be part of something special. 👊🏽
