🥊🔥 Meke session tonight at Live Free! 🔥🥊

Tonight was all about footwork, fitness, and putting in the hard yards. Everyone showed up ready to work and pushed themselves right through to the end.

We also had a few of our fighters getting some valuable training rounds in as they continue preparing and sharpening their skills. It's great to see the dedication and effort being put in behind the scenes.

Keep an eye out over the coming days for some exclusive interviews and updates from our admin team and fighters as we get to know the people around our club. 👀🥊

🎉 The cat’s out of the bag!🎉

As some of you already know, the Live Free Team have purchased Temple & the Gym equipment will be moving over to Live Free at the end of the month!

What does this mean for our Live Free members? 💪
It means you'll have access to a true one-stop training facility with our boxing classes and a fully equipped weights and strength training area all under one roof.

This is an exciting step forward for our community, and we're looking forward to creating a space that caters to everyone, whether you're training for fitness, strength, boxing, or overall wellbeing.

🔑 We’ll also be introducing key fob access in the future, giving members even greater flexibility to train around their own schedules.

Keep an eye out for an exclusive membership offer that we're currently working on. We can't wait to share more details with you soon!

Another strong week down at Live Free with the Toa Boxing classes, Boxfit sessions, and our Patu Tahi Fight Squad crew absolutely putting in the work 👊🔥

The gym has been humming lately. Good energy, solid numbers, hard rounds, and everyone pushing each other to be better every single session. It’s awesome seeing the growth, commitment, and support coming through from all ages and fitness levels.

We’re looking forward to running it all back again next week, bigger and better 💥 You might also start noticing a few more visual changes happening around the gym soon too 👀 Things are coming together nicely, so keep your eyes peeled! 🔥🥊
