Pilates on Instagram can feel intimidating.
FORM was never built for perfect bodies or perfect movement. It was built from years of working with real people. Different bodies, injuries, and starting points. People who want to move and feel better but aren’t sure where to start.
Our classes are physiotherapist led, small, and supportive by design. Every session is programmed with care and adapted to the people in the room, so you can build strength and confidence without feeling lost or left behind.
If you’ve ever felt out of place in a gym or worried you need to be fitter before starting, you’re not alone. That’s exactly why FORM exists.
We currently have two intro options available, either small group classes through our Rebuild Reset intro, or a Deluxe Intro with private sessions if you’d prefer to start one on one.
