We’ve been working hard behind the scenes and the new Common Ground Boxing Room is finally ready — 8 heavy bags, upgraded space, and a killer lineup of classes now running each week. 🔥

Whether you’re brand new to boxing or you’ve been waiting for a space like this in Flagstaff… it’s here.

Current Boxing Classes:
🕠 Monday – 5:30am
🕕 Tuesday – 6:00pm
🕘 Wednesday – 9:00am
🕕 Wednesday – 6:00pm
🕠 Thursday – 5:30am

More classes are coming soon as we build out the timetable.

It was brutally hot out there, but Rose, Claire, Mark, and Damian dug deep and brought the heat right back!

Huge effort from all four of them. Proud is an understatement.

We’ve been made aware that there have been incidents at gyms in the Hamilton area where an individual has entered, stolen car keys, and then stolen vehicles.

👉 This has NOT happened at Common Ground, but we want to make sure our members stay safe and alert.

🔑 Important reminders:

Do not let non-members into the gym, even if they say they’ve forgotten their key tag

Every member must tag in — this is for security as well as health & safety

Keep your belongings safe and avoid leaving valuables visible in your car

If you see anything suspicious, please report it to us immediately

We’re proud of the community we’ve built and want to keep it safe for everyone. Thanks for helping us do that 🙌
