Karate is cancelled tonight due to being a household contact of a person with Covid 19.
We will resume classes once the mandatory isolation period is over. First class back will be on Monday the 14th of March.

We will still be training at the red traffic light level.
We never have over 100 people in one evening so there is no changes for us between the red level or the orange level.
The same rules still apply.
You must be vaccinated if over the age of 12 years and 3 months and show your vaccination pass upon entry.
It is important to wear a mask when not training/exercising.
Please remember if you are not feeling well to stay at home.
