JS Healthy Living - Health, Fitness and Wellbeing Consultant Currently studying to become a personal trainer with NZ Fit College https://www.fitcollege.co.nz/ to start my career in the fitness industry.

Currently studying for my Certificate in Advanced Personal Training online in Feilding, New Zealand. I was always an active kid growing up in Kawerau and a competitive horse rider until the age of 18. But then I stopped riding, had children and found that exercise and eating right were pushed right down the list of things to do. Because of this my weight ballooned until I took hold of my health 4

years ago, after being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. I am now happy, healthy and fitter than ive ever been and want to help others to take control of their lives and reach their pot of gold which is why I am training to become a personal trainer.
