For the first time ever, entries are capped, and once we reach capacity, that’s it!

The 2026 Fairlie Lions Mackenzie Half Marathon is now almost 50% FULL — and once entries are gone, they’re gone.

With capped numbers and runners travelling from all over New Zealand and further abroad, now is the time to lock your spot in.

One of the things that makes the Mackenzie Half so special is the atmosphere — the bagpipes, the winter air, the community spirit, and seeing runners embrace the Scottish theme right across the course.
