We have started off the week with a big group session for King’s Birthday.
While the main street of Eketahuna was quiet, The Training Shed definitely wasn’t.
We had a full session in the gym, with 1 person on the bike, 1 on the rope, and everyone getting through 2 AMRAPs.
A solid effort from everyone who turned up on a public holiday. Nice one team 👏
