Ladies, it’s time to throw some discs, have some laughs and enjoy a fun morning together! 🌸🥏

We’ll kick things off with Round 1 — 9 holes 🥏
☕ Then we’ll take a break for morning tea — supplied! 🧁☕
🥏 After that, it’s back out for Round 2 — another 9 holes!

🏆 And to finish off our morning, we’ll have a prize giving with some awesome prizes up for grabs! 🎉

Whether you’re experienced, still learning, or have been thinking about giving disc golf a go — come along! 💕 We’re a friendly, supportive bunch and always love welcoming new faces.

🌸 Women’s Disc Golf – Tomorrow! 🥏

Just a heads up that we’ll be starting a little earlier than usual tomorrow due to family commitments.

🕤 9:30am
📍 Brockville Park

We’ll be enjoying a casual round of 9 holes together. 💕

Please wrap up warm, and as the course is still a bit boggy, I’d recommend wearing gumboots or bringing a change of shoes.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along, this is your sign! New faces are always welcome. We’re a friendly, supportive group, whether it’s your first throw or you’ve played before. We also have spare discs if you need to borrow one.

Ladies who are wanting to join the more competitive side of disc golf, this is the perfect starting point!!

The black ice series runs every year and is comprised of 2 tournaments, the first being the mid winter classic and the final meltdown usually in September!

Ōtakau golf course is a great starting place for a tournament due to its flat nature and supportive competitors and club members helping you out and cheering you along the whole day!!

Your women’s Dunedin disc golf coaches will run some rules sessions and tournament style practice rounds well in advance so it’s something to seriously consider!!!!

Beginners would sign up to FA4 as the novice/ new to tournament grades!
