2026 Schedule 🎪👇

Level 1:
- Beginner Friendly.
- Learn Foundational No Gi Jiu Jitsu Positions, Submissions & Techniques.

Coaches: &

Level 2:
- All Levels Class.
- Techniques & Constraint Led Games.
- Similar structure as Level 1, with more live free form sparring / rolls

Wrestling
- All Levels Class.
- Develop Wrestling skills: Stance, tie ups, single legs & double legs, scrambles etc.
- Learn how to move efficiently, control and dictate the stand up game to score top position and ultimately connect wrestling and submissions.

Coached by

*it is recommended to have a few months experience for L2 Classes.

Level 3:
- Competition Team / Advanced Content
- Resistance Drilling | Constraint Led Games | Free Form Sparring
- Class structure will alter week by week as instructor sees necessary.

Ladies Only Jiu Jitsu Class:
- Suitable for all levels
- No Gi Jiu Jitsu technique, skill building games and rolls.

Open Mat: Rolls / Free Development.

Strength & Conditioning:

Focus: Building Athletes. Improve Sport Performance.
An integrated approach to develop bodies capable of withstanding the demands of competitive JJ.
