Bringing the race day sled to every TYG globally.

This morning our team swapped barbells for the great outdoors and took on the YARD 42 Amazing Race at the Dunedin Botanical Gardens! 🏃‍♂️🌳

With plenty of hill work, reps on reps, teamwork tasks, plenty of laughs, and a healthy dose of competition, it was an awesome way to connect outside of the gym and strengthen what makes our community so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved, brought the energy, and embraced the challenge in the frost.
A true discomfort for sure!

Days like these remind us that fitness is about so much more than training, it’s about building relationships, supporting each other, and having fun along the way.

Congratulations to all of our teams, and especially our winners! 🏆
