Such an epic day out on the water with the Diabetes NZ youth crew! 🌊☀️

While the rest of the country was dealing with wild weather and cyclones, Mac Bay turned it on for us — glassy, calm, and absolutely perfect 🙌

These legends absolutely smashed it… every single one of them got up and stood on the boards 👏🔥 So proud of how they backed themselves and gave it a go!

Laughter, teamwork, a few wobbles (of course 😄), and heaps of good vibes all round 💙

I even took the new tandem board out 🏄‍♀️

Days like this are what it’s all about!

Last day with Taieri High today 🙌

Gosh they did so well out there in the cold conditions 🥶💪 but hey… that’s all part of the Outdoor Ed experience! 🌊 They showed awesome resilience and teamwork while ticking off credits for their Outdoor Ed class 👏

AND they were the very first group to try out the MEGA board 🤩🏄‍♀️ what a laugh!! So much fun, great vibes, and plenty of teamwork to stay standing 😂

Super proud of this crew – you smashed it! 💙

We’ve had Taieri High School out with us this week (Wed–Fri) and what a way to kick things off! 🙌

Today brought us glassy, calm conditions and a perfect high tide 🌊☀️

The crew smashed it — from relay races and tag, to running across boards (yes, really 😄) and even a bit of SUP yoga! Best of all… EVERYONE got up and stood 👏🔥

Such an awesome group with great energy — can’t wait for the next couple of days!
