Bowls Dunedin is saddened to hear of Ernie's passing.
Ernie was at the forefront of bowls in Dunedin, winning 12 Centre titles between 1964 - 1989. During his career, he played at Caledonian, Taieri Bowling Club and KBC Kaikorai Bowling Club.
Our condolences to Ernie's family & friends.

Peacefully on 30 May 2026, at Dunedin Hospital; surrounded by his loving family, aged 93 years.

Loved son of Margaret* and William*. Loved husband of Kathleen*, loved father and father in law of Andrea and Martin, Michael, Patrick and Ha. Loved grandad of James and Blair. A loved brother and uncle. (*Denotes deceased).

A service for Ernie will be held at Campbell and Sons, 95 Gordon Road, Mosgiel at 2pm on Friday June 5. Messages to 10 Oakley Cresent, Hornby, Christchurch 8042
