To book in a free orientation within city fitness I am more than happy to help, if you are after outdoor training's i will be start

ing up a boot camp in the new year. Also anybody after any forms of exercise not at a gym i will be happy to coach you as well. My standard prices are listed below, but there will be deals coming up and also if you sign up for longer periods i will be able to negotiate prices.

30 minute session - $45
45 minutes session - $55
60 minute session - $65
