Hi 2002-2006 born players,

NZIHF Youth Development Training Camps are to be held throughout the four main ice hockey centres beginning in Auckland over Labour Weekend.

Last year we held a series of very successful U16 Development camps and it was quickly realized that there were many players missing out on a wonderful program because of their age. To rectify that we have extended the program to encompass players born 2002 through to 2006 and remove the "U16" title and replace it with "Youth Development". We will however maintain the U16 combined camp in January 2020. For this camp we will bring together a squad selected from the regional camps and rep season performances, from there a National U16 team will be selected.

Below is a link to the information package which also contains a Google Doc's registration form. This form is very simple to complete but all questions must be answered to move forward. It is important you complete the entire document, including the Medical Information form... don't forget to hit "Submit"

If you have more than one member of your family attending then please complete a new form for each child. You may also attend more than one camp if you wish, however should numbers reach the maximum then priority will always be given to the local players.

Club night: Youth cross-ice, Youth vs. Masters full-ice, then PIZZA, followed by Jagr Cup game for Masters players
Dates: Sat 29th June and Sat 31st August.

Ice is booked from 5-7p but can have longer if numbers are strong.
Cost:~$20pp pending numbers

Format
• 60 minutes cross ice for Youth (all ages split by ability)
• 30 minutes full ice game with everyone who wants to from Youth against Masters
• PIZZAs for Youth
• GROOM
• 60 minutes Jagr Trophy match
• PIZZA and Beers for Masters
