👑⚽ 2026 COMMUNITY TOURNAMENTS ⚽👑

One of the best things about junior football? Getting your kids out to play against new faces, in new places, and making memories that last way longer than the final score.

Here are three awesome tournaments coming up this year that we'd love to see Royals teams be part of:

📍 WAITAKI

📅 Sunday 2nd August
9th – 13th Grade | Mixed & Girls Only
Registration is OPEN — talk to your coach to get things moving! ⚽

📍 INVERCARGILL

📅 Mid September (dates TBC)
8th – 16th Grade | Mixed & Girls Only
One day of football down south. Always a good one! 🔵⚫

📍 WANAKA

📅 26th & 27th September
10th – 12th Grade | Mixed & Girls Only
Football AND Wanaka? Hard to say no. 🏔️⚽

If you're keen to get involved in any of these, reach out to your coach so they can get all the details sorted and registrations in. Let's get some Royals out there doing what they do best!

⚽️Calling for help with Ball Kids ⚽️

The 10th Panthers and Rebels are on ball kid duty this weekend and need a couple of helpers at 12:45 and 2.45 Tāhuna.

Would anyone grade 10 and upward be able to help.

Our YDL team are fundraising for the ChristchurchnInternational Cup and have a couple of junior functions.

This Saturday at Tahuna park you can watch the SL and SPL and get a feed at the same time.

Next Friday we have a junior disco, details on the flyers
