A massive GOOD LUCK to Coach Matt - aka Nuggsy a who’s off across the ditch tomorrow ahead of the Sydney Marathon this weekend! 🇦🇺🏃‍♂️🔥

This one’s pretty special. With Sydney now part of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, Nuggsy is about to tick off a seriously impressive bucket-list goal and take on one of the world’s major marathons. 🌏

He’s put in a HUGE amount of work behind the scenes to get himself to that start line, and we know the whole BFTK whānau will be cheering him on from Dunedin! 💙

BFT Frederiksberg loss is our gain 🥹

Our OG, Katie Neumann is BAAAACK! Our newest (or one of our oldest, depending which way you look at it!) addition to the team, Katie has been working in the industry for nearly 10 years, and been with BFT since we started in Ōtepoti way back in 2022!

Since then, she’s looked after BFT Ōtautahi, overseen the launch of BFT into the BFT Scandinavia market BFT Oslo BFT Glasgow Central , most recently managing BFT Frederiksberg before returning home, and boy do we feel lucky to have a coach of her calibre.

Catch her on the floor from tomorrow AM! 🤩

PB MAS BASELINE: DONE. ✅💥

A massive congrats to everyone who got involved in our first round of Performance Benchmark MAS testing yesterday.

5 minutes. Three ergs. A whole lot of mahi. 🫠😂

You’ve now got a benchmark for what you’re capable of across the Ski, Bike + Rower - and more importantly, numbers we can actually use in your training. 👀🔥

You’ll start seeing MAS protocols pop up in Cardio sessions, from MONDAY’s CARDIO U (H), giving YOU individual targets based on YOUR testing results rather than just guessing how hard or far you should be pushing.

The best part? This is just the beginning. Now we train, build and see what we can do when testing rolls around again in 8 weeks. 🚀

If you’ve ever been in a cardio session wondering “how many metres should I actually be doing?” or “how hard should this feel?” - this one is for you.

Your MAS result gives you an individual benchmark we can use to help dial in your cardio intensities, with MAS protocols being introduced into a cardio session each week.

⚠️ No sesh Monday. Testing will run in 6-minute waves:
AM: 4:45am onwards
PM: 5:00pm onwards

Book your testing slot in the app and come ready to send it. 🚀
