Morena, another stunning Autumn morning in the North. I hope you have the chance today to step into it, breathe in the pristine air and take a moment. This week, as we continue contemplating our Dharma (our mission and purpose) let's find some determination and strength in our plank pose. Plank is about so much more than just staying up there - alignment is key, moving the shoulders forward to create a strong and sturdy foundation, gripping the fingertips into the mat - using them as your braking system, finding the will to hold, then coming down with control.
