🚫 **Track Update – Temporary Closures** 🚫

After all the recent rain, our **clay-based trails are now closed until early next week** to protect the tracks and keep them riding mint for everyone πŸ‘

🌧️ The ground is **fully saturated** – and riding now will cause damage that takes a long time to repair.

πŸ‘‰ Easy check:
If your tyres are leaving wheel ruts… **it’s too wet to ride.**

βœ… **Still open and good to go:**
β€’ Pump Track
β€’ Concrete Skills Area (Hemiville)

We know it’s tempting to don your snorkel and wetsuit on your bikes, but giving the trails a few dry days makes all the difference πŸ™Œ

Thanks for respecting the closures and helping us look after the park πŸ’š

🚲 Looking for something easy to do with the kids these holidays?

We’re opening up the shed so families can borrow a bike + helmet, and enjoy the park together β€” no gear needed.

Perfect for kids, parents, grandparents (and anyone in between) πŸ‘΅πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦
Easy trails, relaxed vibe, and a great way to get everyone outside.

🐣 Easter Sunday (5th)
⏰ 12:00pm – 4:00pm

A great way to get the kids moving (and burn off some chocolate 🍫)

πŸ—“ Holiday Sessions:

Tuesday 7th & 14th
⏰ 10:00am – 12:00pm

Thursday 9th & 16th
⏰ 2:00pm – 4:00pm

No bookings needed β€” just come along.
Bring the grandkids, bring a friend, or make it a family outing πŸ’š

πŸ™ Big thanks to our volunteers who’ll be there helping get everyone set up and riding.

Kia ora whānau, the crew have been hard at work clearing debris and checking the network, and we’re stoked to say the Ride Coromandel Bike Park trails are now open and ready to ride.

All cross-country, jumps, skills tracks and the pump track are now open.

Please ride with care and be mindful that there may still be some debris on the sides of tracks after the weather. Huge thanks to everyone who stayed off the trails while they were wet – that care helps keep them in great condition for everyone.

Get out there, enjoy the flow, and we’ll see you on the trails!

🌧️ Track Update – Ride Coromandel Bike Park 🌧️

Thanks for your patience while the park recovers from the recent rain. Here’s the latest:
🟒 Open and ready to ride:
Pump Track
Asphalt Skills Track (Hemiville)

πŸ”΄ Still closed:
All Jumps Tracks
Clay Skills Tracks – these are still very wet and need a couple more dry days. If the weather plays ball, they should be good to go on Monday.

Cross Country Tracks – these remain closed while we assess conditions and clear debris. There’s a bit of tidy-up work to do after the weather.

We’ll keep you updated next week as things progress. Thanks for helping us look after the park so it stays in great shape for everyone. πŸ’šπŸš²

How fast was that lap? πŸ‘€
Now you can find out.
Vorld timing is live at Ride Coromandel ⏱️🚲

We’re excited to announce that Ride Coromandel Bike Park is now live with the Vorld timing system, giving riders a new way to track laps, challenge themselves, and see how their riding progresses over time.
Whether you’re chasing a personal best, riding with mates, or just curious about how fast (or smooth) your run really was, Vorld adds an extra layer of fun to the park β€” without changing the laid-back, inclusive feel that Ride Coromandel is known for.
