WE WIN AS A TEAM & WE LOSE AS A TEAM
An unlucky 6-5 loss to a skilled and ready AMEND team tonight who played to their strengths and got the deserved win.
BIG mihi to the team who showed some character and came back in the second half (as expected) but unfortunately was not our day today.

2 points - Elley-May: solid driving and tactical positioning
3 points POD - Victory: relentless attacking and sound defence
Thanks to the players, to our Clive Cobra Whanau, and to Jess N Anthony Taueki for letting me walk alongside these young players. I enjoyed guiding them when required whilst also learning everyday about the game and more importantly about the players. I look forward to seeing them all around Hawkes Bay at other sporting codes and back with the Cobras in 2023.
